After rain washed away the scheduled series opener, the Cardinals demonstrated excellent patience on Tuesday at Busch Stadium as they watched pitch after pitch sail out of the zone. The walks, and some timely hitting by Albert Pujols, were enough to propel the Redbirds past the Crew, 5-3.
