The last time the Brewers and Cardinals got together, Milwaukee sat atop the NL Central and the Cardinals offense was running on fumes. The Cardinals swept the Crew at Miller Park, however, and have been on a roll ever since. The Brewers, on the other hand, proceeded to lose seven in a row before this past weekend’s 2-1 series win over the Giants. This time, the two teams will face off for three games at St. Louis’ Busch Stadium with the Cardinals in first place and the Brewers in fifth, five and a half games behind.
