After everyone but Ben Sheets and Dan Kolb enjoyed three days off, the Brewers will head to Chicago on Thursday to take on the Cubs at Wrigley Field. Both teams will send their top four pitchers to the hill, and both are fighting for the National League Wild Card. The Brewers are only a game and a half back of the Cubs but both clubs are being lapped by the surprising Cardinals, who sit atop the division with a nifty 54-33 record. Milwaukee swept the Cubs in a three-game series at Miller Park last week but the two teams will get together another ten times after the completion of this four-game affair.
