I got a chance to see both Saturday and Sunday’s games at Miller Park and was happy with the size and composition of the crowds. Folks were vocal, supportive, and most importantly there… it would seem that the team’s surprising start is indeed creating interest in the Brewers. Today’s loss was disappointing but a 3-3 homestand against the two NL West frontrunners isn’t anything to be ashamed of. The upcoming West Coast roadtrip will be tough, and the offense needs to get back on track if the team is going to return to Milwaukee above .500. Matt Wise goes tomorrow as the team opens a three-game set with the Dodgers.
