Well, the long-awaited (by no one except me) relaunch took a lot longer than expected. I have too many other responsibilities to dedicate a lot of time to this site, but every once in a while I find myself thinking “I should write something about this on my site”. Now that I’ve got the infrastructure back in place, that will once again be possible. I wouldn’t expect too much initially, but I might get ambitious and start writing content more often. In the meantime, I’m hoping to use this site as a clearinghouse for things I write elsewhere, and hopefully as a self-promotion tool. The main benefit I get from it, however, will continue to be experience… this site gives me an opportunity to experiment with the process of writing and publishing, something I can’t do anywhere else. If the occasional post is useful to someone else, that’s icing on the proverbial cake.
